I'll never shop at this store in willowbend again! They tried to pull a quick one over on me!

I bought a dimension method gown for my dog on May 19th and desired another for my childis puppy. They stated they'd purchase it for me personally. That seemed great. Not till I got house did I understand that I'd been already billed the entire cost of the special-order. I delay more than 2 months with no phone in the shop. I contact them-and request when to anticipate the gown since I have have been informed within 14 days. Solution—Uhhhhh, quickly? I protest that it's been more than 2 months. 24 hours later I obtain a phone the product is here, and so I proceed and choose it-up. I have it house, check it out on my childis puppy which is also little. I observe that the dimension label have been eliminated from the shop. I visit return it and provide across the prior one I bought to exhibit they requested the incorrect size. Uhhhh... We are able to purchase the correct one. And wait another 14 days? Yes. I'd just like a reimbursement BECAUSE YOU created the error. NO REFUNDS— offered up with snotty attitude. Never mind, I Will consider the store credit. Our child sees that the little is absent in the shop ground[we'd experienced a couple of days earlier]— we recognize then they attempted to draw a switcheroo—remove the little label and move it down like a method.

This really ticks me off. I've invested a lot of money for the reason that shop. If this have been something special, the individual might have been caught using the wrong size. Completely misleading. They ought to have returned my cash because it was THEIR error!
