Our 13-year old boy saved his cash to purchase a 'personalized' Tampa Bay Rays tshirt. It had been regarded 'customized' since he find the lastname GARZA (as in pitcher Matt Garza) from the drop down package of Rays people. He requested a Method (size 10/12), that will be what he usually wears. And, based on the size graph on shop. Mlb.com, he dropped nicely inside the peak and fat array for that 10/12 size.

The tshirt came, also it was a lot more like a dimension 6/8 (even though it did state M about the label). The top would not actually review his mind.

Though I recognized that shop. Mlb.com includes a number-return policy for 'customized' products, I believed sure they'd let me return them and substitute it using the 'right' dimension when I described the problem.

After detailing my situation a few occasions to no avail, I eventually got to some boss on my next phone. I had been surprised and astonished after I was informed the MANY they might do for me personally was present 25% off my next purchase. Our next purchase? HA
