They wont even return a call

On july 10 i made an on line reservation for a 14 ft truck to move from garland tx to nashville tn. The rate on my reservation was 512.10 i did a follow up phone call telling the rep aagain i needed the truck on the 25th i would also need to pick up at the walnut st store in the morning. Ok not a problem i was also supposed to get a confermation call by the 24th never got it saturday at 100.00am i call them they want me to go across town to get a truck it wont be ready untill afternoon though anyway after a few more phone calls they agree to get a truck transfered to the store 1 blk from my house. The truck was a 17 ft brandon the manager sid no 14ft was available they would let me have this one at the same rate ok by thistime im late and need to get my truck loaded i dont have the reservation in front of me when i get home and compare the rate was 593.00 ok icall no problem we will fix it. 2 weeks latter and 35 phone calls still no money and they have not returned one phone call. Everyone i talked to agreed it was an easy fix but no one will fix it i had to leave my car because a towdolly wasnt available they didnt have a truck ready even though they have a gaurentee they will i willnot give up though all i wanted was my 80.00 mike
