Approached Competitor in regards to a hairline break in the centre of the bottom of our crock. Upon calling customer support, we were educated the 'day signal' of our crock didn't spot our crockpot within the guarantee period. Just how long did it take a seat on the ledge before we purchased? They enjoy our company but haven't solved our issue... They will not be admiring any potential company from us until they are able to solve this issue!
