Hired me, then refuse to pay!

I have been employed by AdTraktion in January. They are an ad agency and I was employed as an 'Advertising Assistant'. We agreed on the salary arrangements (which I have record of) and all was going great. I was in contact with them every day. We had a good time and I signed a lot of good customers for them.

At the end of February, I sent them my total hours for the month, along with all details of the work. From there, they 'dissapeared'. Ignoring my emails. When I eventually got hold of them, they apologized and said I will get paid asap. Up to this day, no payment. I sent them emails daily, phone them (both the Israel office and the one in LA). No answer. I left voice messges. Phoned them on Skype, no answer. Send them emails, no answer.

Out of the blue, David Weiner (in charge of finances) sent me an email, stating that 'I cannot remember that we had an agreement to pay you'. I could not believe this! I replied, told him that I have record of every little detail. They still refuse to pay me. They flatout ignored me.

David Weiner contacted me on May 25, saying that he will wire my payment via Western Union. Nothing came of that. They refuse to answer any of my messages, emails, calls or voicemails. Clients started emailing me, asking me what is happening with their payments from Adtraktion, since I was still listed as their account manager! This with the same company that could not "remember" they had an agreement with me.

Even MyAdMarket (the system they use) threatened legal action because they have not paid their bill in months. Yet they continue with their site, trying to acquire customers. And they still have me listed as an employee! Amazing how they can rip off someone and try to get away with it.

I still cannot get hold of any of them.

Never do business with Adtraktion.
