Manager Refuse to Reply to my Request

This lady Anna Y. Is bad business for the business owner. I have sent several messages through Alibaba.com. I have all my messages copies I sent to Anna and even the copies of our conversations on my Instant Chat. I have request information on the hair products and i received one message from her out of the whole 2 years to my email address. I have caught her many times on chat line which is MSN chat that tell you that you are online to chat and available to chat she states she busy and have to go when i try talking to her. And states she has not received any messages from me which is bs but i sent a message to the owner and made a complaint. She answer the email then and said please don't contact my owner he will be mad. I told her please send me my info i requested on the hair lace wigs she said i will be getting back to you shortly which she never did.

Its been a month and a half then saw her again midnite Eastern time online i told her why refuse my request she stated "I have to go to the doctor bye. "Tthis is all the time i contact the owner again expressing my feeling toward and ask him if she's his wife because shes very rude. He replied in my email which he seen to get through he answer" no "she's just my manager and to just be patient that she's been on the Chinese Holidays which is May 31. I been sending emails since May 27th still no reply from her, and this happen in April. No reply just chats through Instant chats when I catches her online. When China go on Holidays the whole China takes off "yes" This Anna person is rude i have sent all my messages through my Alibaba Trade not yet they told me that my emails not going through.

Saw her again on the chat line Anna stated that she will have another rep Cherry to contact me I told her to answer my request Now. I was angry at that time she to me for 2 lace wigs $1000 and that they don't go throug Pay Pal and it big as day on there Website they go through Pay pal she gave me a Western Union. Do she think I'm crazy to send her that kind of money when Lace Wigs is $160 on 1 Wig. I have an old email from her stating 3 Wigs for total $535 through Pay Pal. I told her that she wont answer my request or reply don't deal with this Company. I think they are BOGUS! And not really a reliable source. I even sent the Owner a messages again stating the bogus prices she sent me he didn't answer this time well people don't deal with this Company.

If they are a real Litgit Company The Owner need to fired her he will not have any Business If she stay around and the Alibaba Trade should not allow them to avertised by using their Trade Mark.
