Overcharged

The corporation got my purchase after which farmed it out to some local florist. I specified 'no alternatives'. The replacement I obtained was the same of the safeway $15.99 agreement not the 466.00 I had been billed. The neighborhood organization demonstrated they obtained the purchase with "alternatives okay." Weslyberry will not get any obligation. They claim its not their issue. They declare the purchase might be documented however they WOn't examine it to determine if their individual was incorrect. They're rude and unresponsive. I've been receiving returned in one 'supervisor' to a different for 2 months, usualy the individual I have to keep in touch with may be the one that has gone out that evening. An entire Rip-Off along with a shame to legitate companies.
