No delivery, will not refund money

I purchased plants online which were not shipped from the guaranteed day. I ended the purchase. I had been billed for that blossoms and was never acknowledged for low-shipping or eliminating the purchase. I've named many times and am informed they cannot do something, it is the local florist that charged my bill. Nevertheless, the consideration billed claims "Wesley Berry". They WOn't provide me the title of the mystical nearby store AND WOn't return my income. I submitted a police statement who think there's legal intention simply because they won't inform me who the neighborhood flower store is plus they WOn't consider any actions to solve this. Am informed each time I contact, "All we are able to do is deliver a contact towards the local flower store and wish they return to you." Severe? Wesley berry commits fraud to have your money and attempts to wear you down if you make effort to recover your reduction. don't purchase from their website!
