Lies, Cheats And Steals Your Money! Almost two years, never return calls, took $1623 claims only rcvd $1224 Kansas City

Almost two years ago I contacted and went to see these lawyers, was assigned to a woman, paid full amount due up front as I borrowed the money. They charged me $100. Down, was to pay $1050 more, plus $274 for dilligence products (credit reports and my class I have to take), plus the $299 filing fees. All this totals $1,623. This was paid by check by my boyfriend, they ran it through electronically, and this is the amount that was taken from his bank account.

I have called and sent in so much stuff that it has cost a great deal to send in everything. I have changed my adress and phone since then, to find out two weeks ago that they never did change it, even though repeated calls to them they claimed everything was updated.

I am now unemployed as many people are and no unemployment insurance. So I am living with my daughters, using a car that belongs to my boyfriend.

I called these people, getting very angry with the time it is taking. They told me that it was in typing. I told them that it was in typing in November of and I had filed and paid in full in October of I was getting tired of waiting.

He called the attorney handling it (someone new, as the one assigned to me is not with them anymore). They called the place that was typing it up in Chicago, and told them to have it in the mail to me that afternoon, and I received it a week later from KANSAS CITY, NOT CHICAGO.

When I received it and sorted things out, they said I still had to pay the filing fee of $299. Knowing that I had paid this, I told my boyfriend and he went through his bank statements and found the one where they had electronically withdrew the money from his account.

I called them and told them that I had paid it, was told that I was wrong, that I had only paid $1,224. That I still had not paid the filing fee. I tried to point out to her that even that ammount is wrong, as without the filing fee, it would have been $1,324... And she got angry and said, well this is what I am showing and I would not be telling you anything different than what the screen shows me. I will have your lawyer call you. And she hung up on me.

Still no call and it is friday evening. I am tired of being screwed. I feel that they owe me the full amount back plus interest. I have done my part, called them repeatedly and they have never ever called me back or sent me anything that they were to send me until this last week.

Never use these people. You can get all the forms from the court house, follow steps found on the internet, pay a small fraction of the fees, present this at a court hearing and you will be the same way. If I can get the money back, I will do this very thing!
