Bait and switch fraud

Requested (4) 205/503ZR16 KU ECSSTA ASX tires. Tire Rack directed me (4) 205/503R16 wheels. Because they certainly were not the tires I requested, I declined the shipping from advantages plus they were delivered. Tire Rack has become attempting to credit just $212.42 from the $307.58 purchase. It was not my mistake, it had been theirs. If there has been modifications within the rules, my purchase type must have shown that (which it generally does not.) The wheels don't fit what's on my vehicle. I have named many times attempting to clarify this for them, and obtain my reimbursement. They've declined to return my money to-date. We're actually prior clients of theirs, but that does not appear to issue. I'd recommend preventing the corporation altogether, not just do they deliver THE INCORRECT tires, they're earning money off their clients which are returning wrong product!

Oh yes, so when I told them I Would challenge the cost with my charge card organization, I got charged of "threatening" them-and informed I was placed on a "statement". I percieve this like a harmful tone by TireRack...
