I am a commercial truck driver and let them know that immediately when I called. They told me that I could win the ticket if I fought it and would not have to appear in court. I was very specific about the need not to have to go to court because of the line of work I do and not having the time, scheduling, etc.
They told me not to worry about that. My experience is identical to the person on this site that lists exactly what happened to them step by step. I ended up having to go to court, and still lost the case.
Ticketbusers provided me with the wrong section code of the law to argue as well. They are not lawyers, wasn't that giving me legal advice?
No one should use this service unless you like throwing your money away!!!
If you drive for a living, PLEASE, do not wast your time and money with these charlatans! In my opinion, if you can live with the points, pay the fine and be done with it. If you cannot and your career is in danger, GET A LAWYER!
