Ticketbusters was referred to me by an acquaintance from Las Vegas who has had great success. The California based company stated from the beginning that they are a different from the LV company.

The company sent me paperwork to complete and asked for money up front for fees, some refundable some non-refundable. The information I provided on the paperwork was incorrectly transferred to the documents for the court revisions had to be made and resent at my cost to meet the timeline for the court. Paperwork that is available online for anyone to access and complete. The company basically performs a clerical function that can be done by anyone.

The follow up is non existant and after receiving a DMV notice and a 'guilty' verdict on the ticket I called for my refund. I was told that an appeal had to be done before a refund would be given for the money back guarantee. At that time I read the fine print I discovered the extra $240.00 I had paid for this company to type and mail my forms was wasted money.

I took a day off work to attend the 'Superior Court' hearing for the appeal which was also a waste of my time and money.
