Terrible Company - Lismore Tumblers

We placed a simple order for two crystal tumblers in December. As of March 1st we had not received anything despite numerous calls and assurances that "Your order will ship shortly". We finally complained loudly enough that we did receive a shipment after 3-1/2 months - and it had only one tumbler. Now the company will not return calls. Avoid doing any business with this company. Their slightly lower prices cost far too much in the long run.
