I decided to try this because I was in a hurry. On June 8th, I ordered a DBA and FEIN. They emailed me forms, I got them noterized and sent them back. Since then, NOTHING. No one answers the phone, you get voice mail. No one answers email. There appears to be no actual people available to provide any service at all at this business, but they certainly tapped my credit card for their fee in a hurry! Do not use this business, it's a big rip off. I'm challanging the charge on my card. This is really unfair, and a major problem for someone trying to start a small business with no real capital. I've learned my lesson!
