Never sent my order, tracking information or a good phone # to contact when requested by email INTERNET

On Oct 19 I ordered a bottle of tanning lotion from this company. After ordering I received my comformation, just like I would any other company I have ordered from, in my email. On Oct 20 the charge of $24.25 was processed from my bank. I waited a couple days and never recieved my order, I tried calling the # that was listed on the website for contacting them and it said caller not taking calls.

I then email the company explaining I needed a tracking # and a good phone #, to get a response back from Kylie Went which informed me that she needed the 4 digit order # so I emailed it back and received an email saying she forwarded my email to shipping. I was like WHAT? That was not my answers to either of my questions.

Therefore I emailed back explaining that the previous email seems to be a brush off and that it was pretty inappropriate not to get the answers for me and send me the correct contact information requested, I have yet to receive any response or the product, have since informed the company of my intentions to should i not hear back from them by today Oct 31 and that is to dispute the charge due to lack of service and failure to deliver product ordered and file this complaint and one with the BBB.

This Business has no intentions, by their own actions, to be of good standards and business ethics. Please be careful if ordering from these people. You will pay for something you dont get.
