Manufactured Home Foundation And Repair Specialist

I called these folk's looking to get my double-wide home releveled. Two guys came out & had a good line of BS. They flashed around a state repair license (I have no idea if it was legit, probably NOT).

They stated their price & required half down. We gave Walt & Chris a cash deposit (that they split, immediately in front of us). They said they would be here first thing in the morning & it would be a one day job.

I got a call from Chris the next morning that their truck was not running & they would be here as soon as they got it fixed.

The next morning I called Chris to see what was going on. I asked him if they got their truck fixed, he stammered then mumbled it was fixed. He said he would be here within a couple of hours. I called the office to see if he had left & Chris answered the phone stating he had sales appointments to do, that he would be out around 5 PM. I asked him if he planned to work in the dark & he stated he could get through before dark. Needless to say he never showed.

By this time I had done some research on them & found several complaints about them on the internet. I decided at this point these guys were going to do nothing or as little as possible. I decided these people were not trustwothy & no longer wanted anything to do with them.
Being on a fixed income, I did not come by this money easily. It IS a big loss to me but after reading the reports on the internet, I decide I could not afford to allow these people to add insult to injury.

When I confronted Paul (214) 232-3004 about my fears & that I had found a reputable company to do the work instead. Paul denied everything & hung up on me.

They won't refund my money & I can not justify giving these con men anymore of my money. They seem perfectly happy taking my money & doing nothing to earn it.

It is going to take a couple of months to get the money up to hire the reputable company to do the work that Manufactured Home Specialist took my money to do.
