On 11/17 I contracted Diamond roofing to fix my roof leak in Baltimore City. The leak has never been fixed.
Diamond Roofing came out to my property to complete a roof repair. Diamond Roofing provided a 10 year warranty. That evening after they completed the work, I went to inspect the work and it was not completed. I contacted Chris with Diamond Roofing and he said that he left the job site early and his guys must not have completed it. Some time the following week, Diamond Roofing went back out to the property a 2nd time to complete the work. My husband, met Chris at the property the next weekend to inspect the work and it appeared that the whole roof had been sealed. We paid Diamond roofing in full. Since that time, our tenants called to say the roof is still leaking. We have called Diamond Roofing at least 30x's and Chris makes up excuses each time. He very rarely calls us back. And for the past week, he has not returned a single phone call.

Diamond Roofing provided a 10 year warranty for the work. If they cannot communicate with us and honor their guarantee and work, then we want our money back. We paid $1250.00 and nothing has been fixed. The work that was done was not completed in full as described in the contract.

Chris has said that he was going to refund our money, but we have not seen a check. It has been at least 2 months since he said he would send us a check.
