Bad customer service

Good Night, I've been looking to get my reimbursement from tiger strong for more than 2 months today and my attempts have failed. I received my item badly packed and broken. I named Tiger strong plus they delivered me a advantages label to come back them. Our advantages verification records the product was obtained June 12th at4:08 am. I've named tiger direct many times to check on the standing of my reimbursement. First I had been informed that I'd get a check. I called back per week later and stated that the check was voided, which I'd be getting my reimbursement via PayPal. Today (16 nights later) I contact wondering where my cash was, and was informed the reimbursement hasn't been prepared however, that no body has approached PayPal. I've spoken many brokers and each time I obtain the run-around. I've requested to talk to administration or have somebody in administration contact me back again to solve this problem and was informed from the last broker I talked compared to that I really could not talk to administration and having somebody contact me back couldn't be assured.in prior calls for their customer support point, after attempting to solve this problem without incident. I again, requested to talk to administration and also the broker stated he'd move me then hung-up on me. I've worked in customer support for several years, within the telephone as well as in retail management. Never in my own life might I handle some of my clients the way in which by which I've been handled. I've been extremely enjoyable to every single individual at lion Immediate and contains got me no-where. I actually donot understand how e-commerce may remain profitable using their degree of customer support. Buyer beware. I am confident they promote excellent items but their workers require an upgrade. I'm just starting to feel cheated.
