Company didn't mail pasta pots for nearly 5 months only one pot came Phoned them promised to send rest of order but still no action after 8 weeks ripoff fraud business

Company is deceptive, They didn't send product (Pasta Pots large and small one a grinder and cook book Until I called them. The large pot arrived 4 months after it was ordered. The rest of the order was promised after I called again. It has been 6 weeks since the call and still they haven't honored their promise to send it in 3 weeks.

The quality of the pot is inferior bur I still want the rest of the order that i paid for months ago. I have misplaced the phone number and would like to have it again so I can register my displeasure with their business practices. I am not the only one this has hapened to as I have a friend who ordered the same time I did and the same thing has occurred.
