Dan & Daniel Boyd D.B.A. Visual Impact Signs Please help me locate these crooks for $100 REWARD! Took my business for $1000 Lawyer on standby for breach of contract case

This father and son team troll the highways of Knox and Anderson counties looking for burnt out bulbs in business signs. They contact the business the next day and offer to fix their sign for a fee. Apparently they do not have a store front. I have dealt with them several times during the last 5 years, but only for small jobs and only paid them after the work was performed.

A few months ago they contracted with my business to completely refurbish (clean, sand, paint, replace plastic in sign, replace wood base) two of my shop's outside signs. The father (Dan Boyd) hand wrote a contract in which he required a 50% deposit to order supplies in advance for the job. I reluctantly wrote them a check for the future work, and after only 10% through the job (two months ago) never saw them again!

They are not only liars, cheats and crooks, but are also very deceptive while doing "work" for their customers. After they supposedly changed the bulbs in my signs, several were still not working. They told me that a ballast was out, so I paid them another $316 for the ballast, a sensor and labor. The son (Daniel Boyd) while cleaning the exterior of the sign one evening, told me that he replaced the ballast at the same time. I reviewed the recording from my outside security cameras minute by minute and never once saw him take out or replace this ballast! Nor did he replace the sensor. The only possible explanation is that he plugged back in the old ballast and told me he replaced it. I only thought to review our tapes after they failed to show back, so I didn't have time to put a stop payment on the check.

I have a law firm ready to pursue this breach of contract case. The lawyers have already sent a letter out to the address that I had on the contact, but it appears that they might have moved out, or used a bogus address, since it was returned as undeliverable. Once I find out where these clowns are hiding I will be able to issue a warrant for them. I would be glad to pay $100 to the first person who provides me with the correct information/address that results in them being served a paper by the Sheriff's Department. If you know of any friends or acquaintances with a business, please ask them if they have dealt with these two individuals. Thank you.
