This company is refusing to refund me my money for sending me the wrong color of the handbag. Plus poor workmanship of the item and poor quality material. Their own policy states if you are dissatified with product for any reason just contact them via e-mail to get your RMA# for returning item. When I did follow the direction and e-mail my complaint. The company refused to honor my request for RMA# to return the product.
