To whom it may concern; My name is Deirdre Smith and i am a current cricket customer and have been for 7 yrs. About 3-10-07 i added a phone line to my account. The number was 716-602-5424 and was to be used for my husband. About 2 days later i'm going through his phone and find texts messages from this lady named Amanda. With the 315 area code, i proceeded to call it and this lady (Amanda) told me that they have been dating for about 2 months and she told me shes the manager at a cricket store in syracuse ny.

Him and i got into a bad arguement, i asked him to give me back the phone, he shoved me and left the house with the phone. I reported to cricket that day my phone was stolen/missing and for that number 716-602-5424 is to be turned off asap. Well, cricket did that. However, a few days later i contacted cricket to file a claim-while i was on the phone with the cricket operator i learned that the phone i reported stolen had been re-activated. To a new number 716-715-0541 which was still in my name.

The cricket operator couldnt believe it herself-she then transfered me to her superviser and he went on to say that there could be a possiblity that this lady may have turned on more phones in my name. The superviser explained to me that they want to put a secret password on the account - which we did however, my concern is this lady whom my husband is dating has access to all my information, my ss#, my address, and if she wanted can re-activate this phone (s) again.
