Can't seem to get an answer from the company

There is something wrong with a web site that can not be work on by the person who built the site. I have talked with the tech support form smc and they told me that they can not go into the web site to take off someone who registered on my web site. The person who registered did so with false pretense. When I asked the tech. Support about deleting the person off my site they said the site was not built for that purpose. My son builds web sites and he can go in anytime to change anything about the site. When I asked if I can get him to take over the site they said that he would have to call them. I can't seem to find out who owns SMC and when I asked to talk to a supervisor I got a answering machine. There is just to many walls hiding people who can give me the answers I need to be answered. I spent to much money for this mess and now I can't get my money back. All I can do is try to sell enough to get my money back and get out of this. It's wrong, just so wrong!!
