This is not a complaint but more for information about the company. I used to work for the company doing tech support. I left because of the unethical practices. The company was called MyTechHelp.com now it is TechZilla. This was owned by saveology and now seem to be under new company called elephantgroup. They can change the name but still the same problems. About 50% of the calls were people being lied to so the sales people can keep there jobs. No they are not apple, dell or any other company. For me the problem is you have a sales based company trying to do tech support. So ter 1 sales person will sell tech support service to you and then the ter 2 tech has to sell to you a virus program. Hopefully you get a tech person that know what they are doing. There a big turn around in tech support employees. Seem the good ones leave or get fire because they can not sell. Ter 3 was they only good techs they have. They can change the name but still the same company.

Also to every one that uses the search bar to find a company look at the ULR address!!! If you are looking for apple the it should say apple.com and not apple. Support. Techzilla.com. Were the.com is is were you are. Hope this helps. - ex employee
