Well to start I was in the market for a new car. When I was turned down for a loan I was a little concerned at the time about this so I went home and dug into it a little deeper. I found 6 items marked as negative on my credit report from Finance Systems of Toledo. I have called them several times and asked them about this. I was simply told that these are my bills and I need to pay them. They did not even have a right address for me. Come to find out all the bills were getting sent to a address that I have not even ever lived at.

So when I filed disputes with all 3 credit report agencies and with the OAG. Then the bills started pouring into my house. So I sent VOD letters to them. Never got a repsonce back from them at all. Then one day I was aggravated and decided to drive to the place and meet with them face to face. I was told that they would take care of everything. I got out of one of the managers on staff that this was accidentialy put on my credit report before any letters even went out.

Well that was 1 month ago. It is still on my report and I am back to square one. I am unable to achieve a loan due to this comanies ignorance and inability to keep records of anyone. I have no other option but ot sue this company. So I advise everyone keep a eye on your credit report for this company. If you have it and it is not yours I advise you to send out VOd letters certified mail and when they do not answer you back (which they wont) just take it thru the court system.
