Total Desception, ruined my life

In 1991-92 Bill Manchaca presented himself as a businessman that was interested in buying out my families fitness business. My parents had just lost my brother and were wanting to retire. This man came in and took money literally off the table as is was coming in from peoples payments. He would take money from the people that were working for him in by not paying for their insurance and pocketing that money as well. I was pregnant at the time and had to pay for all my care because of the the deception of all this. Needless to say he came in a took all the money in less then a year and didn't pay my parents for the company. He is a very ruthless and has no conscious. This man has obiviously has been doing this for many years and has managed to stay under the radar. I will he would get what is coming to him. Sadly my Dad passed and left my mother with little because of this man.
