Contacted BedBathStore.com over 20 times and they have issued NO REFUND for the $200 item I returned in January!

I purchased a bed set from BedBathStore.com for $200 at the end of November in 2008. They had a 90 day return policy, so I returned the unused item in its original packaging with all the correct paperwork January 12. Two weeks later, I signed into my account to check the status of my order and it was marked as "returned." I then called their customer service line (they only have customer service available from 10AM-5PM Mon-Fri) and I was told they received my item and they would be issuing my refund soon. I waited another week or two - I sent the company 4 emails and there was no response. I called the company 5 times and left messages - no response. I finally got in touch with a customer service rep and she told me that they had received my bedding set and they were just really backed up in their returns dept, but I should see the credit to my account in a few days and I would get an email confirmation once they refund was issued. Nothing.
That was the last time I spoke with someone from BedBathStore.com (February 09). Months have passed and they have not returned my phone calls or responded to my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB of New York on March 4. BedBathStore. Come received a letter from the BBB 4/17/09 and then 5/14/09- and the company has yet to respond.
This company should not be in business - they stole $200 from me - they won't respond to me or even the BBB. I'm sure they're doing this to other people b/c they're getting away with it.
