Ripoff deceptive company consumer fraud ripoff

I shipped a guitar in a crushproof case inside a cardboard box packed with newspapers. It was clearly marked on both sides of the box "FRAGILE". It was shipped to a person in Arizona.

I paid for $500.00 Insurance on the guitar. When the person received the guitar the head was snapped off of it. I reported it to my local contact who in return reported it to UPS. They had an inspector check the package and said that there was no apparent damage to the box so they would not honor the claim.
I explained to the rep. That it probably was dropped or thrown and that the box did not have to be damaged to have caused the neck to snap off.

Now I wonder what UPS does with all the money that is paid for insurance? They have no problem accepting the money! Any Lawyer willing to take a case against them can have the settlement, all I want is my $500.00 which I believe is owed to me.
