Themusicnation Misrepresented and lied and RIPPED ME OFF

John Keys sold a Yamaha fg-150 acoustic guitar on ebay. He advertised it as being in good condition and had no issues. I bid on the guitar and won the auction. I paid 193.50 plus shipping. When I recieved the guitar a friend and I who teaches guitar at our church and teaches guitar to our youth group noticed that the guitar had isues it had a crooked neck. Now to fix it it would cost 300.00. So it was useless with the crooked neck. The guitar was to be used for teaching under privelage kids how to play. He was informed on this but would not return the money. So now I have reported him to IC3. Now for those of you who are not familiar with IC3. They are a arm of the FBI who take your report and turn it over to local athorities.in his case it will be the Woodland CA. Police. It may take me awhile to get my money back but I have used them before and it works. If He refues to pay me after the police have talked to him I will file a small claimes case on him. Then he will have to pay all cost in court, lawers, court cost, travel, hotel, ect. I have done this before and it got really expensive for them. Now you may think that this is alot of troble to go trough but it is a matter of principal to me and I have done it before and it will eventually get him his due. Another thing it was buiness that was paid trough the us mail so he can becharged for mail fruade.
