These people are liars and scam artists.

We purchased a ring and a loose diamond from H&S Jewelers in St. Thomas for a total of $8800 only after being told over and over that we had a 30 day warranty and we could send the diamonds back no questions asked if we got home and changed our minds or if it was appraised differently.

We had the loose diamond appraised upon arriving home to learn that it was far from what we were told! When we tried to contact them, they would not answer their phone or return our calls. We tried to send the jewelery back (like they told us to do) insured and registered, only to find out that they have the option to refuse it.

After months of working with our credit card company, we learned today that they are siding with H&S Jewelers. Disgusting! Don't let this happen to you!
