Jose * again, for the third time. I actually proceeded to file a federal lawsuit against these scammers. A federal Magistrate has ordered dismissal of the complaint because he or she feel that I was not "damaged" more than $50,000.00, and thus the court "lacks jurisdiction." I immediately filed an answer stipulating that the court lacked the authority to dismiss pursuant to Haines v. Kerner and Conley v. Gibson. For how can it Know that "consumers around the nation haven't COLLECTIVELY LOST $50,000.00.

Still waiting on the court's response. Wish me luck. And tell me how do I get consumers to read my complaint. The best i can say is call the U.S. Distriect Court in Sacrament, California, clerk's office at 501 I street. Say I would like to purchase through mail or online a copy of the prose complaint of Jose * v. And blue whale publications filed in 2009. The clerk's number is:
