Dear Governor:

On behalf of %REDATED%, it is hereby requested your assistance in regards to the above subject publishing company's total disregard to telephone notification as well as the written cancellation notification. [See attached Letter dated 07/20] Based on the above referenced publishing company's recent demand for continued payments even after having received both verbal and written notification to cancel any and all subscriptions or otherwise. It seems apparent that there may exist some form of deceptive business practices when the subject company fails to reasonably and responsibly adhere to notifications and/or notify consumers of his/her rights related to cancellations. [See Blue Whale Publications, Inc. Letter dated 08/17]

Moreover, even when consumers as in this case, REDACTED, take appropriate action to cancel an undesired account. Blue Whale Publications, Inc. Willfully and deliberately ignores defining rejection of a consumers desire to do no business with this company while demanding additional payments from the consumer. Furthermore, this company having rejected consumer desire to cancel then engages in what can only be viewed as tactics to harass and intimidate while demanding that a consumer to pay for and continue payment for an account that was previously both verbally and in writing cancelled. These actions are clearly noted within Blue Whale Publications, Inc.'s most recent statement demanding not only prior but future payments inclusive of late fees more than one month after the date of cancellation was issued verbally and nearly a month after written notification to Blue Whale Publications, Inc. Was issued through the United States Postal Service Receipt No.: 7005 1820 0001 7836 8008 dated 07/24. [See copy attached hereto]

Given the above-mentioned facts, it is hereby requested your direct intervention in this matter. While thanking you in advance for your kind but prompt attention to these most important matters and as always should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact REDACTED..
