Bait and Switch, Very Late, No Apology, No Refund

This is the most disreputable company I've ever dealt with. They set a price for a one-day move, then called at the last minute and threatened to cancel the move unless we paid $600 more. We were trapped and submitted to this corporate extortion.

John, who represents himself as the vice president, is very nice before you have given him your credit information. At that point he becomes nasty and threatening.

The movers were due at 8 A.M. At 9, they called to say they'd be there at 10. At 11 they called to say they'd be there at 2. At 3, they called to say they'd be there at 5. At 6 they called to say they wouldn't make it that day. We had to stay in a hotel.

John refused to return phone calls. When I finally reached him, he declined to pay a cent of reimbursement for this terrible experience.

This is a dishonest company and I urge you to stay clear of them. I am not a chronic complainer and have never before filed any sort of report against a business.
