Naples Relocation and Moving
Horrible

A couple of weeks ago I hired Naples Relocation and Moving. I spoke with Alex, the day before my move I confirmed with hm that everything was all set for the next day and that they would be at my home at 9am. They never showed up and when I called Alex he said someone else was handling this and gave me the number of someone who had no clue about my move. This person said he would find out and call me back. He never did and when I called him back he said that the truck broken down and that I would have to reschedule, I mentioned how important it was that I move that day and that he please find a way to help to make possible my scheduled move, he said okay and that he would call me back, he never did call me back. I called him and Alex numerous times but neither one of them answered my calls and that is where it ended. It was truly a terrible experience and I can not believe that a moving company would do such a thing.
