Sent item back and won't give refund, been pending over six months

Bought dog clippers for xmas gift, they were not what the person wanted, so sent them back Company won't refund money till they get a "credit" from supplier, its been six months and they keep saying that. Contacted manufacturer of clippers and they never heard of this supplier. Basically been ripped off by internet company. Beware of buying online, this company is a ripoff.
