Bought $225 horse clippers. Supposed to include bonus small electric clippers and free shipping. Country Supply not only stiffed us for the extra set of clippers ("Sorry. We ran out."), but hounded us repeatedly for additional shipping charges, claiming that "Free Shipping" didn't include freight charges!?
