Reply.com - What a rip off!!! A reputable company would make things right with their consumers. I was charged $54.95 for a set up fee that according to them was waived. I have the email. The leads were bogus no returns phone calls or emails, people fooling around looking to see what is on the website with no desire to purchase or sell real estate.in my initial conversation I was told that they screen every one of their leads. How well can they be screened if they are disconnected phone numbers and invalid email addresses? There is an inaccuracy in this statement. They tell you that you can cancel at any time no contract. What I was told after I agreed to try it out was that I just needed to pause my account and send my request to terminate. Well the truth is you need to give them 30 days notice and they will only pause for one week and still send you those bogus leads charging you all along! A true salesman knows how to work leads but you can't work them if they don't reply or are bogus. Also the statement about 6 months free leads (if you don't have something in escrow in 12 mo.) is also misleading, there is a $50 monthly maintenance fee. That also means you have to pay for 12 months of invalid leads. So how is that free? I have learned a lesson - do my homework first. Research before you commit to anything.
