Dish Network / Echostar Dish Network stole from my bank account

On May 10th Dish Network debited my bank account for $200. When I called to find out why. All they would tell me was if the charge is still pending we can no nothing. So I called my bank and they said that when the Charge post's call back or go in your branch and file a fraud/unaurthorized debit card charge if Dish refuse's to do anything. Well come Tuseday the 13th when the charged cleared, I called Dish and when they ran the card number they said yes a charge was made to that card, But they can not return or refund the money untill they had my bank account number and I refused. Did find out it was used for a account in Killien Texas that was set up over the phone By DISH Network themselves. The thing that piss's me off the most was that Dish did not even ask for the CCV number or even verify if the account was in the same name as the card. Which it was not according to my bank. The bank automaticlly refunded my money closed my accounts and opened new ones after going online and reading complaint and seeing that Dish has been doing this for a long time. I filed with Colorado BBB which handles complaints for the Atty Gen's Office in that state. I also filed with The NY State Atty Gen's office along with NY State Banking and Finance. Dish also refused to give the info on who and where the account was set up for so I could file that in my police report, so I was advised to file Naming Dish Netowrk themselves along with the so called operator I talked to based here in the States and his name is IVAN Operator 006 in Executive resolutions office. This was out right theft by Dish Network and one of their employee's and they do not care. This company needs to be never allowed to accept Credit or debit cards ever again and also remove everybodies card info from their computers and have a 3rd party agency collect any type of card payment.
