This could have been much worse! My wife had over $2000.00 in clothing and shoes in her web site shopping cart when I walked in the door to her office. She was just about to enter our credit card info when I suggested she just order maybe a pair of the boots or shoes first just to make sure they were legit. They do have a fantastic web site, endorsements by famous people etc. But it's the web and you never know. So she ordered a pair of boots for $160.00 plus shipping. After about 6 weeks they finally arrived... in the wrong size. The company claims just send them an e-mail or call for a return authorization and they will make it right by sending the right size... Ok fair enough. The problem is they don't answer e-mails, we sent at least 20 and they don't answer the phone, it's just a voice mail that is full most of the time. We even contacted the manufacturer of the called Pleaser and while they didn't have the courtesy to respond to the three e-mails we sent them either we did receive one e-mail from erosBoutique claiming our credit card would be refunded in 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago now any we never heard anything again.

I have contacted my bank and VISA and they are investigating. I will also be contacting the Massachusetts Attorney General Consumer Affairs Division to file a complaint. I'm just glad this was a $200.00 rip off instead of the $2000.00 rip off it almost was!

My advice to everyone is avoid erosBoutique and Pleasers brand boots and shoes like a plague. I have seen many accounts on the web now that I have looked and I guess based on the multiple rip off reports I have seen we were lucky to reveive boots even in the wrong size, since most of the reports I read were from victims that received nothing at all.
