Television Repair Appointment Delayed Twelve Days After Purchase

I bought a 62' television from Sears on May 18th it was a father's day/anniversary gift for my husband. On June 28th when we got up for work the television would not come on. I called Sears that day and reported the problem. The next available appointment for repair on my tv was July 10th; 12 day all because the repair man only came to my city on Tuesdays.
