Terrible repair service on television that i bought

I bought a 62' television from sears on may 18th it was a father's day/anniversary gift for my husband. On june 28th when we got up for work the television would not come on. I called sears that day and reported the problem. The next available appointment for repair on my tv was july 10th; 12 day all because the repair man only came to my city on tuedays.
