Was unproffesional provided bad service and over charged me and didn't honor service date

Pioneer Glass and mirror has horrible customer service and Brett (the manager) was very rude to me during a 2 month period of trying to have a shower door installed. First they wouldn't honor a weekend install. Before April when things were slow they said they would, but it would take a bit longer. When the glass was ready they wanted an extra $200 for overtime to do it on a weekend. We finally found a week day to get the job done and they finished I signed the paper work and released the previous dispute from my credit card company only to have to call back and file another one the same day. They tried to charge more for removing part of the old door frame but never told me about an extra fee. Brett called me and I said I wouldn't pay it. He asked if I wanted to meet face - to - face??? During a previous phone call he called me 'cocky' and was extremely unprofessional. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend them. The grief and time spent disputing the issues wasn't worth the few dollars I saved.
