Northport Glass&Door took my deposit, never did the job and I never got my deposit back

Northport Glass and Door gave an estimate for a mirror installation, I gave him a $500 deposit. When the time came for the install he kept giving excuses why he could not do the job on that day. This went on for a month. Finally, I requested my deposit back and he agreed to send it to me. Another month has gone by with numerous phone calls and I still have not received my deposit back. This is a warning for anyone else considering using Richard Williams and Northport Glass & Door.
