This company does not stand behind its product. They did not temper the they sold me properly and it spontaniously exploded without handling. We had the glass chards examined by experts but Mr Emre Tu

We are a well respected contractor in the Washington DC area and do an enormous amount of high end work on Capital Hill and Georgetown. We have worked with many good glass companies in the area and do not recommend Dulles Glass & Mirror. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Our very first order for two tempered glass shower doors resulted in one door spontaneously exploding prior to installation or handling. Upon analysis, the glass chards indicated improper tempering. Mr Emre the manager refused to listen or stand behind the door which gave us concern about the other door previously installed. This alone is alarming considering the size of the order and that it was simply one piece of glass which represented little cost in comparison to the order. Our obvious concern now is the other door that was installed considering Dulles Glass will not stand behind the one that exploded. Since the chards were not that of normal tempered glass and acted like extremely sharp projectiles, imagine this door exploding while someone is in the shower. Mr Emre indicated he will offer no guarantee.

Mr Emre is not a reputable businessman and we would not recommend doing business with Dulles Glass on this basis and considering there are many reputable glass dealers in the DC area which will stand behind their glass.
