I got our carpets cleaned through this company. They advertised in a flyer in Omaha but are actually based in Florida. The service agent convinced us that our carpets were too dirty for hte regular cleaning and made us buy the much more expensive stain removal cleaning (so called step 1) for 304 dollars instead of regular 50.
The person measured the distance by foot and did not use a tape measure saying this is pretty accurate. He did not clean under the furniture and hence that area was not measured.

The stains came back as soon as the carpet dried. I called them again and they sent the person out again but hen he said he was doing the step 2 cleaning for us for free an doing us a favor. He said those stains had come back because they were pet stains, not realizing that we do not have any pets or even kids in our house.
I told him that his measurement was wrong because it was more than the total area for those rooms, he got very offensive and said that is not possible. He refused to measure that with a tape. I talked to his supervisor and the supervisor said the service agent did us favor by using foot measure because that is always less than the actual amount.

When I insisted that the area be measured, they agreed and indeed they overcharged me by 50$. When I asked them to refund the money, he said he could more cleaning for me but cannot refund the money and his supervisor said the same thing.

I told them I did not want anymore cleaning from them, they said they would talk to their owner and would refund the money later. I had tried to talk to them multiple times and there is a different persong everytime and nobody cares about this. They all say they would look into it or otherwise ask whay did I call them so late? They provide a bad service for too much money. Please stay away from them.
