Rip-off ripped pants... Maternity clothing store

This company sells maternity clothing. I spent a lot of money there when shopping for maternity clothing. However, I noticed that two pair of pants were falling apart just by washing them once!!! Especially one particular pair. So, I took them back and explained to them the problem and all i wanted to do was to replace them. They said they would check with the manager who was not in at the time.

We left our phone number and asked them to call us. We did not hear from them at all... Finally, a month later we stopped in and the manager was there. We got nothing but attitude from her. Saying there was nothing they could do. And then said, they were worn too much. Truth was, they were only worn two times. Then she said, that i was probably too big for them. I offered to try them on for her so she could see they were in fact too big for me! And she just closed the subject and said she could not help us..
