Expensive prices, cheap excuses. Do not take responsibility for poor quality furniture

Purchased an expensive furniture set from their designer collection, after 14 months, the armoire fell apart from the bottom when we removed a bottom drawer. No heavy items had ever been stored in the armoire, only clothing.

The sales person spoke to a manager about the issue, an inspector came to see the furniture, however since it was past their 12 month warranty they refused to repair the armoire and did not offer any solutions to our problem. Since then (6 months later) the drawers are all loose at the bottoms in the other pieces and the drawers are not level when closing.

We spent almost $4,000 for supposedly high quality furniture only to need new furniture less than 2 years later. My mother in law has had 2 instances of having the same entertainment center ($3000) come to her house with termites. Since she originally ordered the item last Nov she is still waiting for it to come in w/out termites. A salesperson who spoke to her (without knowing that the manager had advised her they would not sell the rest of the infected stock) told her that they were shipping out all the entertainment centers to their customers (termites included at no extra charge).
