Service, fraud, breach of contract

Shops, Products, Services

This is in response to your letter dated April 22, and the above captioned case and the reply received by your office from EnterNet.

1.) Mr Tamburino states their ability to keep accurate and meticulous records, and further states that I failed to contact EnterNet within the stated time frame, yet fails to mention two emails sent on or about early Feb09 to the entity regarding a service problem. Having had two (2) computers since the inception of the problem, I no longer have access to these emails.

2.) The subjects 3/24/09 response is a bit misleading indicating that I stated the system was not slow at the moment and would get back to EnterNet at the next time slowness of the system developed for them to diagnose. If I indicated that the system up to speed at the time of the call, like Mr Tamburino states, why would I even bother to call the ISP whereas any normal person would assume that the problem was remedied?

3.) Although the ISP acknowledges that a trouble ticket was created on 4-2-09 (a Thursday) with Verizon, Verizon stated they had no knowledge of any work order. ISP indicated the matter would probably be remedied in about 2 days. I found it ironic that the stated time fell into the weekend which now amounted to a total of no less than four days. I am sure you can see my growing frustrations with the ISP service provider at this stage.

The subject further indicates throughout his response, dated 4-17 of my rudeness and comments about it's employees but fails to indicate the superior attitude and unprofessional customer service displayed in my numerous attempts to resolve—in a civil manner— a problem and service that was paid for in advance and their unprofessional and intimidating mannerisms!
The subject no where in their response indicates numerous attempts and requests to speak with a manager or someone with authority to resolve the matter! These attempts were answered by, he just left call around 1PM tomorrowand he is not in today, given different names of each manager each time I asked to speak with one.

Overall, I feel the total response provided by EnterNet is laced with diluted occurrences, excuses, and discrepancies and a reflection of their berating and totally poor customer service/attitudes, and cannot concur with, or see any justifiable resolution on their behalf. Therefore, please be aware that I respectfully request that your office make the appropriate report of the unresolved incident with the ISP whereas I spent enough time, money and frustration on the matter. EnterNet can rest assure that I will cancel their service within the stated timeframe and terms of their contract.
