Where's my coupons?

I turned in a request for 2 $40.00 coupons back in June by enternet, I still haven't received them. I called their 1-800 # and they gave a totally different address then the one I gave them.in the meantime, I have made serveral calls to the number only to hear they are experincing several calls and to call back later. Basically I'm blocked out. I'm entiled to those coupons and time is running out. I can't get through by phone or by enternet. Please help me.
