Refund - constant run around and excuses

I have read the other reports, the very first one entered and identical to what I have gone through with Grant One. Grant One has sent each time I have requested my refund the same emails they sent to them. It must be standard reply they send out to all of us who have fallen for their scheme.

When I did call them, they were rude and made me feel like I was nothing but a trouble maker. Basically, there was nothing I could do about it. I was thrilled when I saw that I was not alone, not that I would wish this upon anyone else, but glad that I wasn't the only one being given the run around by them. It has really been a nightmare and a very stressful situation.
