Ripped me off and then filed a false report on usacomplaints.com

I ordered from ebay a set of figurines to complete a set of mine from her and she sent me 2 of the same one. I sent one back and she made me pay the shipping and then sent the right one—AFTER I PAID FOR IT AND SHIPPING. She was going to refund the wrong one—she never did and now she sent nasty emails and threats etc. Also put one on ripoff, com. Ebay removed her from selling so now she has changed her name to ALL THINGS ETC... SHE CHANGES IT WHEN SOMEONE REPORTS HER FOR WHAT SHE IS DOING.
